The workspace fits in a phone, including the parts that were desktop-only

A menu in the phone header holds every rail action, and the site footer now travels with it, so nothing on the desktop is missing on the device most people actually use.

The rail down the left of the workspace - files, versions, collaboration, publish, settings - was desktop-only by construction: below the medium breakpoint the whole row is hidden, and a phone got three panels at the bottom of the screen and nothing else.

The header now carries a menu on the phone alone. It opens one sheet with every action the rail holds, the owner's two surfaces included, and ends in the site's own footer - the product page, the price list, the three documents and the contact address - because a person reading the app should be able to find the terms from the app.

The sheet is a dialog: it closes on the backdrop, on Escape and on the button, and the button says whether it is open by swapping its own icon. None of that is visible on a desktop, where the rail is still the rail.
